"One of the best Agents I had in the last few years. Nadine is one of the best in the L.A area. She does everything possible for you to be in the best hands and get the best rate in insurance. I had my renewal and my price went up and I call the office for an explanation. Isidro and Tatevik helped me out understand the reason and the rate increase State Farm is having. Unfortunately every insurance is having the same issue if you ask me. I still recommend State Farm and Nadine’s office because they are the best."

"Stay away, she won't answer the phone, email or return any calls. After moving CA, we transferred our policy to this office. Underwriting needed more information to issue our policy, I submitted over the phone and they never submitted the information. They claim they called but I have no calls from them on my phone bill and as a result, they let our policy lapse the day after Christmas and it was cancelled. We were State Farm customers for 20+ years. Take your business elsewhere. Their only solution was to make us wait 6 more days with no insurance."

"Worst insurance establishment! I’ve called several times regarding my account as well as to finally be able to cancel my account. Britney was super rude and talking over me as a customer service Representative You should hear the customer out and then go from there, but no not in this case and this young lady Britney had the audacity to just hang up, I’ve tried to get contact with Nadine, but they can’t provide me with the phone number or even leave a message for her to get back to me . My account went up to $400 for just one vehicle and never got a notice until I was charged. horrible horrible customer service at this establishment. If I could give zero stars to this place, I would."
